Every game on this list usually finishes in under five minutes, so it fits a tea break, a bus stop or the wait before a lesson starts. There are short logic puzzles, word games such as hangman and word ladders, quick quizzes, card patience games such as Golf and TriPeaks, reaction and memory tests, and one-tap arcade games.

The times are typical, not limits: a hard puzzle can take longer, and some arcade games last as long as you keep going. All the games are free, need no sign-up and work offline once Play-Ready has loaded.
